The role is fully remote, based in Washington, offering $130,000–$185,000 in salary plus bonuses tied to performance and billables. PTO is informal as long as billable expectations are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Civil litigation in Washington required.
• J.D. and Washington Bar membership required.
• Construction defect or business litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing and legal research skills.
• Trial experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect, civil, and business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal research memoranda.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy and execution.
