The role is fully remote, based in Washington, and offers $130,000–$185,000 in salary, plus monthly and annual bonuses tied to performance and billables. Attorneys are trusted to manage their own time, with an informal PTO structure as long as billable expectations are met.

What You'll Bring

The Role

• Handle construction defect, civil, and business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal research memoranda
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy and execution
• The position is remote, based in Washington. The annual billable-hours requirement is 1,800 hours, with an informal, trust-based approach to scheduling and PTO.
