Incendia Partners seeks Civil Litigation Attorneys to support its growing Washington practice, with remote or hybrid flexibility for full-time or part-time roles.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of civil litigation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and a Washington bar in good standing. Practice areas include employment, environmental/toxic tort, product liability, and more, without requiring a portable book of business.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive documents.
• Manage written discovery, document production, and case investigation.
• Take and defend depositions as experience permits.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare witnesses and matters for trial.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys across Washington and national practices.
