Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer with strong project management for a fully remote role focused on water infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with a professional registration (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng) and 10+ years of water-sector PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng).
• 10+ years of project management experience in water infrastructure.
• Able to manage large budgets and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of water infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee technical design and construction to meet standards.
• Coordinate remote project teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage stakeholder communications, risk, and issues.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance.
