Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Civil Engineer III to join our High Performance Building Group. This position can be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement across the United States, aligned to EST and CT time zones.

The role supports planning, design and construction phase services for federal, commercial, manufacturing, renewable energy, data centers, and public health facilities. The candidate will lead civil design tasks, perform hydrologic analyses using HEC-RAS, GeoSTORM, and AutoCAD Civil

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and PE license required.
3–5 years of stormwater design and land development experience.
Mentoring or supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead civil design including site layout, utilities, grading, drainage, and stormwater management.
Analyze data and review project work products and calculations.
Interact with clients and manage client relationships.
Mentor/lead staff as civil engineer lead.
Ensure quality of work and compliance with UFC and local codes.
