Tetra Tech is seeking a Civil Engineer III to join our High Performance Building Group. This mid-level role supports projects across federal, commercial, renewable energy, data centers, and public health facilities with design and construction phase engineering in a flexible remote/hybrid setting.

Responsibilities include leading civil design, reviewing technical data, mentoring junior staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and utilizing HEC-RAS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and GeoSTORM to deliver high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 3–5 years of experience in stormwater design/land development and water systems.
• Mentoring or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design including site layout, utilities, grading, drainage, and stormwater management.
• Analyze data, review technical documents, estimates, and permit terms.
• Engage with clients and manage client relationships.
