CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a senior program operations professional to lead the Office of the CISO, owning processes, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You will craft executive-ready narratives, drive decisions, and manage cross-team coordination for security leadership.

The role emphasizes strong governance, data integrity, and AI-enabled workflows while operating in a remote-friendly environment with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing executive-level content and narratives for senior audiences.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise program management tools and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Office of the CISO operating model and reporting cadence.
• Prepare the CISO for executive-level meetings and drive alignment across forums.
• Own reporting lifecycle including OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, and status across multiple systems.
• Manage budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs in partnership with leadership.
• Lead Crowd for Crowd program operations and stakeholder communications.
