Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior program manager to drive Office of the CISO operations, governance, and reporting. This role partners with the CIO office and executive teams to deliver clear, data-driven updates and strategic direction.

You will own cross-functional reporting, coordinate executive content, manage budgets, and champion AI-enabled workflows across a globally distributed team. Remote-friendly with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or business operations in tech/cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to operate independently at senior leadership level.
• Experience turning complex operational data into executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of the CISO operating model, governance, and reporting cadence.
• Prepare CISO-level materials and run internal executive meetings.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
• Manage deliverables, deadlines, and reporting between CISO and CIO offices.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Oversee budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs.
• Own reporting lifecycle for OKRs, KPIs, KRIs across systems.
• Produce weekly status updates for varied audiences.
