CrowdStrike is seeking a senior Program Manager to own the Office of the CISO operations, reporting, and executive communications. You will drive governance, build AI-enabled workflows, and coordinate with the Office of the CIO, ELT, and Board-level audiences.

You will shape executive content, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage budget, headcount, and quarterly plans to ensure timely, accurate updates and clear strategic storytelling.

Formación

• Ten+ years in program management, business operations, or related field in tech or cybersecurity.
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership level with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating executive content for CIO, ELT, and Board audiences.
• Proficiency with enterprise tools (WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, ServiceNow) and data integrity.
• Track record applying AI to improve decision-making and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of steering cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational governance for Office of the CISO, owning reporting and cadence.
• Prepare and facilitate senior leadership meetings and board-level materials.
• Develop executive narratives and agendas for key forums.
• Own reporting lifecycle, OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, and health indicators.
• Drive alignment and decisions across stakeholders without formal authority.
• Manage budget, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with the Director.
