CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a senior program manager to lead the Office of the CISO, driving operational rigor, reporting, and executive engagement for a rapidly evolving cybersecurity program.

You will own end-to-end reporting, collaborate with the CIO office, manage budgets, and champion AI-enabled workflows while working in a predominantly remote environment with limited travel. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management in tech or cybersecurity environments.
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership levels.
• Experience developing executive-level content for ELT and Board audiences.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise program management tools and data integrity.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting budget management and headcount planning.
• Cybersecurity industry experience preferred; fast-paced tech environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of the CISO operational rhythm and reporting lifecycle.
• Prepare leadership for meetings and ensure alignment across the CIO and CISO offices.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions without prompts.
• Own deliverables, deadlines, and reporting across the CIO and CISO structures.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with leadership.
• Develop and maintain executive-level narratives for key governance forums.
• Maintain reporting standards, data quality, and milestone hygiene.
