CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks a senior program manager to lead the Office of the CISO operations, governance, and reporting across the CIO organization. You will own the reporting lifecycle, budget tracking, and cross-team alignment, driving executive-ready content for ELT and Board reviews.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, strong stakeholder engagement, and a remote-friendly setup with limited travel, enabling you to shape critical security programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or operations in tech or security.
• Ability to operate at senior leadership level and drive decisions.
• Experience creating executive content for CIO/ELT/Board audiences.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise PM tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the Office of the CISO operating model, governance and reporting cadence.
• Prepare and facilitate CISO-level meetings and executive communications for CIO-level audiences.
• Own reporting lifecycle for OKRs, KPIs, KRIs and program health across multiple audiences.
• Manage budget tracking, headcount planning, and annual operating plan inputs.
• Lead Crowd for Crowd program operations, status tracking and risk visibility.
• Apply enterprise AI capabilities to streamline workflows and decision making.
