Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior Program Operations professional to lead the Office of the CISO. You will own processes, reporting structures, stakeholder forums, and information systems that enable the CISO and the Office of the CIO to operate with clarity, speed, and confidence.

This senior IC role requires independent judgment, strong executive communication, and a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders while driving adoption of AI-enabled workflows across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or business operations.
• Experience communicating with C-suite and boards.
• Ability to build executive narratives and agendas.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise program management tools (WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Experience applying AI to improve workflows and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model and governance for the Office of the CISO.
• Prepare CISO-level meetings and craft clear, strategic points of view.
• Identify friction and scale solutions across the organization.
• Manage deliverables, deadlines, and reporting between CISO and CIO offices.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with the Director.
