Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Executive Partner for its ExP program, a remote role based in the Netherlands. You will manage a 28+ member client portfolio and craft customized service plans, delivering workshops, briefings and events to CIO and IT leaders globally.

You will leverage deep IT industry knowledge and a CXO sales background to drive renewal and engagement, collaborating with Gartner’s Sales team in a highly inclusive, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, CLOUD).
• Fluency in English, French & Dutch.
• Industry background across Public Sector, consumer, manufacturing, life sciences, high tech, etc.
• Demonstrable exposure to large end-to-end transformative initiatives and leading/co-leading critical programs.
• Extensive knowledge of CIO focus areas and IT industry priorities; understanding challenges of CIOs and Gartner ETS value.
• Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member MCPs and developing a customized service plan.
• Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
• Build strong partnership with Gartner's Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal.
