Job summary

Ladders is partnering with a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech to recruit a CIAM & IDAM Services & Enablement Lead. This role will own the strategic direction of identity solutions across a global, remote environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CIAM designs, guide onboarding and rollout of applications, and advise on Identity & Access Management best practices to strengthen security and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Deep expertise in CIAM/IDAM, ideally SAP CDC/Gigya.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP.
• Experience integrating CIAM with CRM and e-commerce systems.
• Strong incident management and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer identity function and oversee the identity platform.
• Manage roadmap and strategic direction for B2C and B2B identity solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable identity solutions.
• Support onboarding and integration of applications using the CIAM platform.
• Lead platform enhancements, including security improvements and user experience enhancements.
• Oversee global platform rollouts to meet scalability and security requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Identity & Access Management best practices.
