Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an IAM Lead with a strong Cyber Security Practice background to drive large-scale IAM programs and managed services engagements. You will lead delivery, governance, risk management, and roadmaps across onshore and offshore teams, engaging with senior stakeholders to align IAM with security and compliance objectives.

The role requires hands-on IAM experience, customer-facing skills, and BFSI domain familiarity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years hands-on IAM experience.
• Experience managing global teams across offshore and onshore locations.
• Experience in BFSI domain preferred.
• Prior CSP experience is desirable.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead with a strong Cyber Security Practice (CSP) background to lead large-scale IAM programs and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IAM strategy, governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery while leading distributed offshore and onshore teams. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and the ability to engage with business, security, and technology stakeholders at leadership levels.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Proven experience managing global teams across offshore and onshore locations.
