Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a CIAM & IDAM Services & Enablement Lead to join our Tech & Digital organization within Information Security. This leadership role oversees global CIAM/IDAM platforms and strategy, leveraging SAP CDC/Gigya, with focus on B2C and B2B identity services.

You will lead platform ownership, enablement, and vendor relationships, driving secure, scalable identity solutions across Zoetis’ digital properties and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead CIAM platform leadership and operations, including SAP CDC/Gigya.
• Manage roadmaps for B2C and B2B identity solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable identity solutions.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of applications on the CIAM platform.
• Lead platform enhancements, logging, security, and user experience improvements.
• Oversee global platform rollouts, SLAs, and performance expectations.
• Lead QA, UAT, and deployment validation activities.
• Manage vendor/MSP relationships and cross-functional delivery.
• Ensure CIAM aligns with GDPR/CCPA and privacy requirements.
