Job summary

Ladders is partnering with a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech to recruit a CIAM & IDAM Services & Enablement Lead. This role will own the strategic direction of identity solutions across a global, remote environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CIAM designs, guide onboarding and rollout of applications, and advise on Identity & Access Management best practices to strengthen security and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Deep expertise in CIAM/IDAM, ideally SAP CDC/Gigya.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP.
• Experience integrating CIAM with CRM and e-commerce systems.
• Strong incident management and root cause analysis.

For our client, we are seeking a CIAM & IDAM Services & Enablement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead customer identity and access management services that support both business and technology priorities across a global environment. You will own the strategic direction of identity solutions, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs, and help strengthen security, reliability, and user experience. The position also involves guiding platform enhancements, application onboarding, and rollout execution while serving as a trusted advisor on identity best practices.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $129,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
• Experience integrating CIAM platforms with enterprise applications such as CRM and e-commerce systems.
• Strong incident management and remediation experience, including root cause analysis.
