Zoetis seeks a CIAM & IDAM Services & Enablement Lead to guide the global CIAM program within Information Security. You will own the SAP CDC/Gigya platform for B2C/B2B identities, drive strategy, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role combines platform ownership, identity governance, and vendor leadership in a matrixed, global environment. Strong communication in English is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications such as CISSP/CCSP preferred.
• Deep CIAM/IDAM expertise including SAP CDC/Gigya and auth protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP).
• Experience integrating CIAM with CRM/e-commerce/billing/learning platforms.
• Familiarity with SailPoint IIQ, Oracle Identity Manager, Privileged Access Management, PKI, and directory services.
• Strong vendor management and global, matrixed collaboration skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CIAM platform leadership and operations for SAP CDC/Gigya across B2C and B2B.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable identity solutions.
• Drive onboarding/integration of apps leveraging CIAM platform and oversee platform rollouts.
• Lead QA/UAT and deployment validation with SLAs and incident response.
• Develop enablement resources and best-practice guides for enterprise identity standards.
• Oversee MSPs, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams.
