Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a CI Manager, Northeast, to lead a growing Critical Infrastructure team in the Northeast region. You will own regional pipeline development, estimates, and account strategy, driving profitable growth while overseeing field execution, PMs, and installers.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, coordinating with engineers, and delivering projects on time and within budget with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related roles in critical infrastructure.
• Experience leading project execution teams and delivering profitable projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional sales, revenue and profit goals.
• Act as primary commercial contact for Northeast accounts.
• Develop regional sales plans and expand presence with existing and new customers.
• Build relationships with customers, engineers, owners, and decision-makers.
• Lead and coordinate proposals, estimates and budgets for opportunities.
• Ensure proper handoff to project execution teams and manage execution.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
