Job summary

National Power is seeking an experienced CI Manager for the Northeast region to lead a growing Critical Infrastructure team and own regional growth. You will build customer relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure profitable outcomes.

The role requires leading field teams, coordinating with engineers and operations, and driving proposals, budgets, and forecasts while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales, account management, project management, or related commercial role in critical infrastructure or related industries.
• Demonstrated success leading project execution teams and delivering profitable projects.
• Experience developing customer relationships and converting opportunities into bookings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional sales, revenue and profit goals.
• Act as primary commercial contact for assigned Northeast accounts.
• Develop regional sales plans and expand presence with existing and new accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, engineers, and owners.
• Pursue new opportunities through prospecting and internal resources.
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams for profitable execution.
• Prepare and deliver professional customer presentations and messaging.
