National Power, LLC is seeking a CI Manager, Northeast to lead a Critical Infrastructure team and drive growth across the region. You will own P&L, develop regional accounts, and oversee project execution from proposal to delivery, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with engineers, customers, and internal teams to secure opportunities, build forecasts, and manage lifecycle activities from bid to handoff. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in business development, sales, account management, or related commercial role in critical infrastructure or related industries.
• Experience leading project execution teams and delivering profitable projects.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue and operating profit goals for the Northeast region.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned Northeast accounts.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to expand presence with existing and targeted new accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, engineers, owners, and decision-makers.
• Pursue new opportunities through direct prospecting and coordination with internal resources.
• Ensure project managers and field teams execute work safely, to customer specs, and profitably.
• Review bids, develop accurate scopes, estimates, quotations, and proposals.
