Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of clinical experience in clinic, Med/Surg, Case Management, or home health care.
• Graduate from accredited Schools of Nursing with current license.
• Ability to work remotely with HIPAA-compliant home environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel of 30–50 patients per month in the first three months.
• Complete due diligence on all assigned patients and billable encounters at a high rate.
• Coordinate care using EMR and documentation in a HIPAA-compliant setting.
• Attend mandatory meetings and communicate with supervisors.
