Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a part‑time, remote Child and Adolescent Therapist licensed in Maryland to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–26) via telehealth and in collaboration with a broader care team.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Maryland as LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PsyD/PhD.
• One year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• One year of telehealth experience.
• Own your own device and high‑speed internet.
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET on weekdays or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence‑based therapy to children, adolescents and young adults (ages 2‑26).
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Establish positive rapport and maintain thorough documentation.
• Participate in clinical consultation and collaborate with other providers.
• Involve families and coordinate with external specialists when appropriate.
