Job summary

Fort Health is seeking remote Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapists to join our clinical delivery team. You will provide high-quality therapy to children, teens, and families via our virtual platform, while collaborating with care managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leaders to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

You will manage your calendar and adhere to scheduling protocols, participate in supervision, and contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NY to practice as psychologist or clinician (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LMHC).
• 2 years of direct clinical experience with children, teens and families.
• Strong telehealth delivery and communication skills.
• Familiar with Upheal, EHR and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, teens and families via virtual care.
• Build trusted relationships with families and serve as the front door to Fort Health.
• Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leaders for coordinated care.
• Manage an up-to-date calendar and scheduling protocols.
• Participate in case consultations, peer learning, and clinical supervision.
• Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists.
• Leverage cutting-edge tools and data insights to enhance clinical effectiveness.
• Bring curiosity, compassion and commitment to helping youth and families thrive.
