Job summary

Fort Health is seeking remote Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapists to join its clinical delivery team. You’ll provide evidence-based therapy to kids, teens and families via a virtual care platform, while collaborating with care managers and clinicians to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Illinois with appropriate credentials.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with children, teens and families; CBT/ACT/DBT experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; telehealth delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens and families via virtual care.
• Build trusted relationships with families and act as Fort Health's front door.
• Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists and clinical leaders for coordinated care.
• Manage calendar and scheduling protocols.
• Participate in case consultation, peer learning and clinical supervision.
• Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists.
• Leverage tools and data insights to enhance clinical effectiveness.
• Bring curiosity, compassion, and commitment to helping youth thrive.
