Job summary

Fort Health is a remote mental health provider seeking licensed child and adolescent therapists to join our clinical delivery team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to kids, teens and families via our virtual care platform, collaborating with care managers and psychiatrists.

This is a part-time 1099 contractor role with malpractice coverage and admin support. You will manage your own panel, schedule sessions evenings/weekends, and use Doxy, EHR and Google Suite to document care and

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC)
• 2+ years of direct work with children, teens and families
• Experience with CBT, ACT, and DBT
• Excellent verbal and written communication; telehealth proficiency
• Navigate Doxy, EHR and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team
• Ability to own a patient panel and schedule sessions evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families via our virtual care platform
• Build trusted relationships with families and act as the front door to Fort Health
• Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists and clinical leaders for coordinated care
• Manage an up-to-date calendar and follow scheduling protocols
• Participate in case consultation, peer learning and supervision
• Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded therapist community
• Leverage tools and data insights to enhance clinical effectiveness
• Bring curiosity, compassion and commitment to helping kids and families
