Job summary

Fort Health Inc. is seeking remote Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapists to join our clinical delivery team. You will provide evidence-based therapy to kids, teens, and families through our virtual care platform, with credentialing and billing handled by Fort Health.

You will collaborate with care managers and clinicians to ensure patient-centered care, maintain an up-to-date calendar, and participate in supervision and ongoing professional growth in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed professionals with NJ eligibility or licensure across psychology/social work/therapist roles.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in child/adolescent mental health.
• Remote delivery via virtual care platform; collaboration with care managers and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families via our virtual platform.
• Build trusted relationships with families and act as Fort Health's front door for services.
• Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leaders to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar and adhere to scheduling protocols.
• Engage in case consultation, peer learning, and ongoing clinical supervision.
• Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists.
• Leverage data insights to enhance clinical effectiveness and professional growth.
