Job summary

Fort Health is seeking remote Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapists to join our clinical delivery team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families via our virtual platform, while collaborating with care managers, psychiatrists, and leaders to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

You will manage your calendar, adhere to scheduling protocols, and participate in ongoing clinical supervision to strengthen your practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in New Jersey (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC)
• 2 years of clinical experience with children, teens, and families
• Experience delivering care via telehealth

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families through our virtual care platform
• Build trusting relationships with families and act as the front door to Fort Health
• Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leaders for coordinated care
• Manage an up-to-date calendar and scheduling protocols
• Participate in case consultation and ongoing clinical supervision
• Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists
