Job summary

Fort Health Inc. is seeking remote Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapists to join our clinical delivery team. You will provide high-quality therapy to children, teens, and families via our virtual platform, delivering care with compassion and collaboration.

Your role includes building strong family relationships, coordinating with care managers and psychiatrists, and maintaining an up-to-date schedule while embracing cutting-edge tools and training to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New York to practice (PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC).
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience with children, teens, and families.
• Experience delivering care via telehealth.
• Ability to navigate Doxy, EHR, and Google Suite for care delivery and team communication.
• Willingness to schedule sessions during weekdays 3:30pm–8:30pm and/or weekends.
• Reside in the United States with reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families via our virtual care platform.
• Build trusted relationships with families and act as the first point of contact for Fort Health.
• Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leaders to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Manage an up-to-date calendar and adhere to scheduling protocols.
• Participate in case consultation and ongoing clinical supervision to improve practice.
• Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists.
• Leverage tools, training, and data to enhance clinical effectiveness.
• Bring curiosity, compassion, and commitment to helping families thrive.
