Job summary

TimelyCare, a virtual care provider delivering therapist services across the United States, seeks independent contractors in Texas to provide remote child and adolescent therapy (ages 5–17+). Therapists must hold active, unrestricted licensure and coordinate with families and schools as clinically appropriate.

Sessions occur within TimelyCare’s secure telehealth platform, Monday through Saturday, with flexible availability and per-session compensation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure in one of LPC, LCPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D./Psy.D.
• Authorization to independently provide clinical services within Texas.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and active listening skills.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families; crisis intervention ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5–17+) via TimelyCare's telehealth platform.
• Develop individualized care plans and use measurement-based care to monitor progress.
• Employ modalities like CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and other appropriate approaches.
• Identify safety concerns, crisis intervention, and coordinate with parents/educators as needed.
• Complete HIPAA-compliant documentation within TimelyCare's EHR.
