TimelyCare seeks independently licensed therapists in California to provide contracted virtual therapy to children and adolescents aged 5–17+. Services expand TimelyCare's digital health to K-12 communities, with therapy delivered via telehealth and requires parent involvement when appropriate.

Contractor role offers remote work from home or professional office, with Saturday availability prioritized due to high demand and sessions typically 55 minutes plus documentation time.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted independent CA licensure in listed categories.
• Authorization to independently provide clinical services in CA.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Crisis intervention and safety planning abilities.
• Associate or provisional licenses not eligible at this time.

Aufgaben

• Provide evidence-based therapy, assessment, diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planning for children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized care plans based on developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs and goals.
• Use measurement-based care to guide care planning and monitor progress.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, TF-CBT, PCIT and other appropriate modalities via virtual sessions.
• Identify safety concerns and provide crisis intervention or escalation when needed.
• Coordinate care with parents, educators, and other parties when indicated.
• Complete timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in TimelyCare’s EHR.
• Maintain treatment goals and documentation per professional and regulatory standards.
• Exert independent professional judgment within licensure and TimelyCare platform requirements.
