Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist to perform high-quality intake evaluations and provide ongoing therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. This remote role supports afterschool, evening, and weekend sessions, with sign-on bonus for founding providers.

Ideal candidates are independently licensed in NJ and have at least 1 year of experience with youth and telehealth. We offer flexible hours, full credentialing support, and a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or PsyD/PhD in New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children/adolescents.
• Minimum 1 year of telehealth/virtual care experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intake evaluations for youth via telehealth.
• Provide ongoing therapy and adjust treatment plans.
• Build connections with patients and families early in care.
• Assess needs and ensure appropriate treatment matching.
• Collaborate with clinicians and families for integrated care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records.
• Involve families and coordinate with outside specialists.
