Job summary
Blackbird Health is actively seeking a Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist to deliver high-quality intake evaluations and ongoing therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. This remote role supports afterschool, evening, and weekend sessions, with a sign-on bonus for founding providers.

Qualifications
- Licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or PsyD/PhD).
- 1 year of experience with children and adolescents.
- 1 year of telehealth experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead intake evaluations for youth via telehealth sessions.
- Provide ongoing therapy and adapt treatment plans over time.
- Build strong connections with patients and families from initial contact.
- Assess progress and adjust treatment to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for whole child.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records for each patient.
- Engage families and external specialists to support care journeys.
