Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a licensed child and adolescent therapist to join our team remotely in Maryland. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and make a tangible difference for young patients and their families.

The role offers part-time W-2 employment with full benefits — healthcare, 401(k) and generous paid time off — and a remote model with flexible scheduling, including after 4pm ET and some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Maryland (LCPC/LCMFT/LCSW-C or PsyD/PhD).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Collaborate with family members and other providers; maintain thorough records.
