Vetcove is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to design, build, and lead the internal operations of our growing US-based company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be a trusted confidant to the leadership team, with meaningful authority to shape how Vetcove works day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and preferred in business, operations, or related field.
• Proven track record owning complex operations or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive matters.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with minimal prompting.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into prioritized actions and clear plans.
• Confidence to represent senior leadership in key conversations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across functions and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for concise recommendations.
• Experience leading a small team and taking ownership of results.
• Prior success in a demanding, high-growth environment.
