CVS Health is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers that fund the organization, the processes that run day-to-day, and the communications that share success stories with leadership and partners.

This high-visibility role requires deep financial acumen, executive writing strength, and comfort with AI-enabled storytelling. Remote within the United States; cross-functional impact across finance, ops, and strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience with budget management and executive communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years of experience managing structured business processes including recruiting and onboarding.
• 6+ years of proven executive-ready communication experience.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage capital and operating budgets, track ROI, and prepare financial narratives.
• Operational rhythm: oversee recruiting, onboarding, leadership workshops, and meeting cadence.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town hall content.
• Strategic planning and performance: support annual and mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics.
• Talent management: run reviews and calibration, analyze engagement surveys, support growth.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with Chiefs of Staff and broader organization.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP when needed.
