Job summary

Entrata is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR function and partner with the CFO, CEO and executive team to prepare for investor engagement. This leader will establish communications, market intelligence and operating practices for a successful public-company IR program.

The role requires building investor relationships, coordinating earnings materials, disclosures, and external communications while ensuring compliance with securities laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in investor relations for a public company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and earnings guidance.
• Ability to communicate complex business models to investors and analysts.
• Discretion handling MNPI and sensitive disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships and maintain a long-term shareholder base.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, calls, and investor presentations.
• Manage investor communications and ensure compliance with securities laws.
• Monitor market intelligence and align external messaging with strategy.
• Develop calendar, processes, and controls for an effective IR program.
