Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in progressively senior engineering leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage large budgets (>$20m) and 150+ staff.
• Proven track record leading globally distributed, onshore/offshore/ vendor‑managed teams.
• Exceptional cross‑functional leadership and communication with product, sales, and executive teams.

• Define and drive engineering strategy across major product areas.
• Lead and develop directors and managers, building leadership bench strength.
