Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a VP, Technology & Digital Product Delivery for Global Professional to lead the technical roadmap, product delivery, and UX/UXR teams across digital subscription products. You will partner with engineers, editors, and executives to shape scalable solutions in a fast-evolving education technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical product delivery experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of educational technology and medical/engineering learning sectors.
• Experience with HIPAA for medical products, GDPR/CCPA/VCDPA/CPA privacy rules, FERPA for education records, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.
• Experience restructuring teams to align with changing company and market needs.
• Strong financial modeling and business case development skills.
• Experience working with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• AI fluency: ability to evaluate AI impact and implement AI workflows and products.
• Track record of driving organizational change.
• Ability to identify, develop, and evaluate management talent.
• Proven ability to outline and implement a strategic growth vision.
• Proven ability to drive results while maintaining good internal/external relationships.
• Experience attracting top technology talent and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy and overall vision for product delivery across GP digital subscription products.
• Lead the Product Management function and manage PMs and TPMs, refining team structure and responsibilities.
• Lead UXD and UXR resources to deliver accessible designs based on market/product discovery.
• Deliver new business functionality with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring compliance and policy adherence.
• Shape the roadmap, budget, content strategy, and annual technical spend.
• Act as champion for new and emerging technologies in medical education, including AI.
• Provide strategic counsel to Global Professional leadership and prepare materials for ELT/C-Suite audiences.
