Job summary

EverQuote, Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Director of Enterprise Analytics to lead a team turning carrier needs into optimized acquisition campaigns. You will work directly with customers and across Business Development, Data Science, Engineering and Product Management to shape EverQuote’s analytics offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Analytics or related domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field, or demonstrated analytical ability.
• Proven experience managing people, ideally including senior analysts or managers.
• Experience engaging B2B customers directly.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to pull and analyze large datasets (Snowflake a plus).
• Solid experimentation fundamentals: significance, power, incrementality, confound control.
• Clear communication with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the Enterprise Analytics team, developing talent and filling gaps.
• Collaborate across Analytics and functional boundaries to shape Enterprise strategy and campaigns.
• Engage with carriers directly, translating goals into concrete bidding actions.
• Refine and execute strategies to build an industry-leading Analytics function at EverQuote.
