Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in chat/email-based roles.
• Prior experience supporting digital media, OTT platforms, or streaming services is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to Hulu subscribers via live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot streaming, billing, login, and device compatibility issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the internal ticketing system.
