Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced charity programme managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across nonprofit workflows.

We require 4+ years in nonprofit program management, grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models, plus expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship and impeccable written communication. This fully remote, flexible role pays $70/hour for 5–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management or related fields.
• Experience authoring grant proposals, donor reports, or program models for funders/boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
