Job summary

Ethos is recruiting nonprofit program and philanthropy professionals to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations, with expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation. This remote, flexible role offers about 5-20 hours per week at $70/hour and ASAP start.

• Develop grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, and board briefing decks.
• Support training of AI models by contributing high-quality, publication-ready materials.

Pay: $70/hr, up to $1.4k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced nonprofit and philanthropy professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for nonprofit program and philanthropy professionals with 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.
Compensation: $70/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
