Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of community programs for flexible, remote engagement to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 4+ years in nonprofit program management and expert document craftsmanship. You will work on grant narratives, donor reports, and board materials, with a strong emphasis on written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support grant proposals narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, and community needs assessments.
• Collaborate with nonprofit teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with funder expectations.
