Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in lending or collections.
• Experience filing Small Claims cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the post-charge-off portfolio to maximize recovery results and make calls to members.
• Maintain accurate records of contact and actions for each recovery account.
• Determine next steps in the recovery process to protect the credit union.
• Prepare monthly trends and recovery reporting for the Collection Manager.
• Collaborate with the Collection Manager on difficult accounts.
