Responsibilities

• Coordinate recovery efforts for charged-off consumer loans and negative share portfolios.
• Coordinate placement of charged-off accounts with collection agencies and recovery vendors.
• Coordinate legal recovery efforts with external attorneys and vendors.
• Analyze recovery trends and prepare performance reports and management summaries.
• Monitor account inventories and ensure compliance with laws and Credit Union policies.
• Provide recommendations to improve recovery strategies and outcomes.
