Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in business or healthcare.
• Coding certification or auditing/healthcare compliance certification required.
• Min five years' experience in hospital/professional billing, revenue integrity, or billing operations.
• Experience leading revenue cycle improvement projects.
• Strong CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM/PCS and revenue code knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for revenue integrity and revenue cycle functions.
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate payer audits and appeals with local and central services.
• Provide feedback and change-management support to ensure regulatory compliance.
