Qualifications

• 3+ years in call center, contact center, sales ops, or related operations.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with business transformation or program delivery.
• Experience communicating updates and risks to senior leaders or executives.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Experience resolving complex operational issues in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving initiatives without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and manage complex projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and risk logs.
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and business risks via data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Lead process improvements to enhance member experience, agent efficiency, and market performance.
• Translate business strategies into executable programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Operate in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and urgent delivery needs.
• Provide concise, proactive communication to executives with clear visibility into risks and progress.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and external partners.
• Leverage call center and sales ops expertise to optimize capacity and performance.
• Anticipate issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed.
• Connect information across programs to deliver holistic insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings that drive decisions and next steps.
• Develop executive-ready communications and reports translating complex concepts.
