Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in call center, contact center, sales operations, customer service operations, or related environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with changing priorities.
• Experience communicating updates, risks and outcomes to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and exec status reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies and operational risks through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance member experience and sales effectiveness.
• Translate strategies into executable programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology and external partners.
