Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Channel Development Lead to define sales product strategy and drive cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.

This remote role requires strong project management, executive communication, and data-driven decision making to optimize sales program effectiveness and market growth while managing multiple priorities on aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in call center, contact center, sales operations, customer service operations, or related operational environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple high-priority projects.
• Experience communicating updates and risks to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies and operational gaps through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance member experience, agent efficiency, sales effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Translate business strategies into executable programs, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology and external partners to align priorities.
